Summer, holiday, hot days, long nights. I can think of few better and healthier ways to kickstart your day than by drinking a nice chilled smoothie. It'll give you lots of vitamins and your five/six pieces of fruit and veggies a day is soon reached. It's quite good the rest of the day too though. This is just one variety, you can make you own with what ever fruit you can get your hands on. The ingredients are shown with the pictures.
