Strawberry Icecream

Simple strawberry icecream. What can I say, it's simple.
Ingredients:
225g sugar
1,5dl water
1 kg strawberries
1/2 a lemon
1/2 an orange
300ml whipping cream
Dissolve the sugar in the water. Bring it to a boil.

When it's boiling, leave it 5 minutes without stirring until it gets a syrupy. Take off heat.

Clean the strawberries

Put them in a blender, add the syrup. Personally, I thought it was a bit too sweet, so you might want to add just about half of the syrup. Add it and taste.

You need the juice from 1/2 a lemon and 1/2 an orange.

Add to strawberries. Blend to a smooth pure.

Whip the cream and put in the fridge.

Freeze the strawberry pure for an hour or until it starts freezing around the borders.

When it's nearly frosen, break it out and add the cold whipped cream.

Mix well.

Freeze over night.

Take out 10-15 minutes before serving. Add a bit of melted chocolate for decoration. Taste the summer!
